Achievements
Success in learning a language depends, among other things, on motivation, self-interest and time. A language school has the task of supporting you and/or you child, in the best possible and individual way in your learning process. "Mi Escuela" means "My school" and I would like "Mi Escuela" to be your language school.
Concept
Professionalism with enthusiasm, language with cultural background, individual concept with contextual didactic materials, multiple use of the current technological and communication media and cultural exchange with amazing discoveries, are the elements of the concept of "Mi Escuela Berlin".
Goals
There are many cultural aspects that frame the life and language of a society, such as work and leisure, worries and needs, joys and parties, music and art, food and drink, politics and history, etc. It is our aim, in parallel with learning the language, to offer you these cultural backgrounds and help you to learn them.

Mariela
I am Mariela, Mi Escuela Berlin's Director
I am Ruth Mariela - Wolter. In September 2009 I founded Mi Escuela Berlin, a language school to offer everyone interested in the Spanish language and culture a platform for individual learning, cultural exchange and group activities with enthusiasm. I constantly try to develop the school. In 2011 we were able to transfer from Ystader Str. to Schwedtr Str. 81, where today we have a larger space and we can amplify our services.
I come from Paraguay, where I studied Pedagogy and Bilingual Education and worked as a teacher. In 2000 I had the opportunity to be part of a Linguistic Research Project at Wilhelms University in Münster in Germany as a scientific collaborator and I also worked at the Language Center of the University of Münster teaching Spanish classes. At that time I met my husband and in 2004 we moved to Berlin. From 2006 to 2007 I worked as a Spanish "Lectora" at the University of Greifswald, where I trained "Bachelor", "Magister" and "Lehramt" students. At the end of 2008 I finished my Master's degree in "Teacher Training of Spanish as a Foreign Language". In 2009 I was able to conclude my research and present my doctoral thesis. In March 2010 I got my doctorate in linguistics at the University of Valencia, Spain.
